IMMERSCOM 2007 will take place at Montresor Hotel Tower, Bussolengo, Italy, 13km from Downtown Verona

It was brought to our attention that the hotel website is not capable of handling neither the immerscom07 reserved rooms nor special conference rates.

Special conference rates for IMMERSCOM participants:

- Single room: 108 Euro/day/person

- Double room: 166 Euro/day/2 persons

Price includes half-board service (i.e., breakfast and lunch).

“Please note that the conference registration fee does not include lunch as it is provided with your room reservation.

To ensure you receive the special IMMERSCOM rate, please book your room before the CUT OFF DAE (September 18, 2007). After this date, there will be no guarantee that you will be able to get a room at the hotel.”

Transport information and traveling directions:

The hotel has a shuttle bus (seating 8 persons) which operates, on request from the hotel to a central point in Verona (about 4 km from the railway station) from 9:00 to 18:00. For this event, the hotel has agreed that a delegate arriving by train can call the hotel and they will, exceptionally and subject to availibility, divert the bus to the railway station and collect them (there may be a delay, depending ont he location of the bus at the time but the hotel will be able to inform the delegate how long that would be).

By Shuttle:

There is a free Shuttle service from/to Verona. Please contact the Hotel for further information and booking.

By Car:

A22 Modena-Brennero highway, exit at Verona Nord - take the speedway towards Brescia/Trento, exit at Bussolengo - Gardesana main road - the Montresor Hotel Tower is 1500 m away on the right.

A4 Milan-Venice highway, exit at Sommacampagna - turn left heading towards Bussolengo - straight on for about 5 Km - at 2nd traffic lights turn right - the Montresor Hotel Tower is 100 m away on the left.

By Airplane:

Downtown Verona (and then Bussolengo), can be reached by train, bus and taxi, from the following international airports:
